Advantages
If there is a disturbance of the drum filter drive, this is not detected in the previous production process, since the rotary movement of the drum filter is not monitored. As a result, the stripping solution remains loaded with resist, the chemical consumption increases and clogging of the nozzles can be the result.
Using a sensor enables the immediate detection when the drum of the drum filter is no longer rotating and is consequently no longer filtering. The process reliability of the stripper is increased, disturbances caused by nozzle clogging or excessively loaded stripping solutions are avoided.
