Advantages
Without monitoring the spray pressure in the cascade rinses by means of a pressure measuring system, a regular check of the spray nozzles and upstream filters for clogging is required in order to ensure a consistently high process quality.
The use of the pressure measuring system permits monitoring of the spray pressure in cascade rinses as well as a better process control. Both a continuous monitoring of the spray nozzles and the monitoring of the upstream filters for clogging are thereby made possible.

- A pointer instrument indicating the pressure in the corresponding line.
- A pressure transducer with signal output to the machine control with convenient entry of warning and alarm limits.
