Redox Sensor

Always up to date!
Available for all PCB machines
Previous Application
Upgrade: Redox Sensor with potential equalization and temperature compensation
Advantages
When measuring the redox value using a redox sensor without temperature compensation, temperature-related measurement deviations must be considered. Differences in the measurement result occur between laboratory and system measurements in operating state.
By using a redox sensor with potential equalization and temperature compensation matching results between laboratory and system measurements in operating state can be obtained. Temperature-related measurement deviations are avoided.
- Reduction of temperature-induced fluctuations in the measuring result
- Matching laboratory and system measurements
- No falsification of the measured values due to potential differences in the medium

Functions of modern redox sensors:
Via potential equalization the potential of a liquid is conducted at low impedance into the measuring amplifier.
Due to the high-impedance connection of the reference electrode only low compensation currents flow off via this electrode. The susceptibility to interference as a whole is decreased.
Your production line of yesterday may soon be a
production line of tomorrow. Since after the targeted intervention of our experts it will be state-of-the-art, and in fact at a significantly lower price than a new acquisition. With our upgrades you can maximize your output, increase the quality and expand your product
portfolio.
