Development Engineer Stack Materials (m/f/d)
Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (VRFB)
Your tasks:
- Design of experimental evaluation of active materials for VRFB battery stacks
- Development of strategies to improve battery stack performance
- Qualification of new materials and suppliers
- Evaluation of test results and reporting
- Development of active material roadmap to Stack development roadmap
- Approval and release of materials for series production
Your profile:
- Degree in Material Science, Chemistry or comparable with strong focus on electrochemical material characterization methods
- Strong personal interest in material testing, evaluation in cooperation with development partners and suppliers
- Profound knowledge of electrochemical as well as other material evaluation methods
- Experienced in presentation and discussion of experimental results in a team
- Process-oriented and structured thinking with pragmatic approach
- Skilled to work in international teams with English as a team language (good English skills precondition)
