Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (VRFB)

Your tasks:

  • Design of experimental evaluation of active materials for VRFB battery stacks
  • Development of strategies to improve battery stack performance
  • Qualification of new materials and suppliers
  • Evaluation of test results and reporting
  • Development of active material roadmap to Stack development roadmap
  • Approval and release of materials for series production

Your profile:

  • Degree in Material Science, Chemistry or comparable with strong focus on electrochemical material characterization methods
  • Strong personal interest in material testing, evaluation in cooperation with development partners and suppliers
  • Profound knowledge of electrochemical as well as other material evaluation methods
  • Experienced in presentation and discussion of experimental results in a team
  • Process-oriented and structured thinking with pragmatic approach
  • Skilled to work in international teams with English as a team language (good English skills precondition)
