CYKLOS technology improves all existing wet electrochemical or chemical processes used to transform, plate or remove material.

In the classical processes the surface treatment of parts is done by immersion. The layer thickness can vary quite strongly and  during immersion interior surfaces of ladling parts can selectively exhibit poor coating results by air bubbles.

With the patented CYKLOS technology an excellent uniformity of the coating thickness can be reached. The rotational movement bubbles discharges air bubbles from ladling parts.

The patented, 360° rotating treatment of parts can be used in different wet chemical processes:
