Project Engineer in Plant Construction (m/f)

Your tasks:

  • Head of the project team for new and further developments
  • Technical representative of the products in charge within the SCHMID Group with manufacturers, suppliers and customers
  • Creation and further development of requirement lists for already existing series as well as for systems to be newly developed
  • Process engineering design of the products in charge
  • Development of product strategies based on customer / market requirements
  • Sales support in the evaluation of special customer requirements
  • Organization of the product launch and, if necessary, support during the market launch
  • Calculation of CoO and TCO

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed engineering studies, preferably mechanical / industrial engineer
  • High technical understanding
  • Professional experience in a comparable position
  • Analytical, conceptual and process-oriented way of working
  • Very good manners and a strong ability to communicate
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and assertiveness
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Readiness to travel worldwide
