The rules we follow

We are convinced that only those who act responsibly will remain successful in the long term. Therefore, integrity and compliance have a high priority for SCHMID. 

The basis for this is SCHMID’s Code of Conduct. It sets out the guidelines for our daily actions, provides orientation for employees and supports them in making the right decisions even in difficult business situations. It is supplemented by further internal principles and guidelines.

Our group-wide Code of Conduct serves as a common standard of values and is binding for all employees of SCHMID and the controlled Group companies. Our Code of Conduct summarizes what we understand by integrity and provides guidance for making the right decisions. It includes general standards of conduct but also specific regulations, e.g. on anti-corruption, data handling or product safety.
